Comprehensive Curriculum

Study the philosophical underpinnings, history and core principles of Yin Yoga, including the theory of Yin and Yang energies and Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts.

Explore fascia, connective tissue, skeletal variations and how these influence individual practice. Learn the science behind long-held poses and their effects on the body's systems.

Practicum Experience
